By accessing or using LawnPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
LawnPro is an AI-powered lawn care application that analyzes photos of your lawn and provides health scores, care recommendations, and product suggestions. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and guidance purposes only.
3. AI Recommendations Disclaimer
LawnPro's lawn analyses and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional agronomist advice. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and other factors. We make no guarantee that following our recommendations will achieve specific lawn outcomes.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Free and Pro Plans
LawnPro offers a Free tier and a Pro subscription. The Free tier includes up to 3 AI lawn analyses per month. The Pro tier, currently priced at $7.99/month, includes unlimited analyses and additional features. Prices may change with notice. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to LawnPro Pro, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. We offer a 7-day free trial for new Pro subscribers — you will not be charged until the trial ends. Refund requests within 7 days of a charge may be honoured at our discretion. 7. Affiliate Links and Sponsored Content
LawnPro displays product recommendations that may include affiliate links and sponsored placements. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled. We earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through affiliate links at no additional cost to you. Sponsorship arrangements do not influence our AI-generated lawn analyses.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to LawnPro. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display it for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond providing the Service.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use LawnPro to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent the Free tier limits
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service
10. Intellectual Property
LawnPro, its logo, and all content created by us (excluding your uploaded content) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawnPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lawn damage resulting from following our AI recommendations. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court matters.
